Week 27: 52 Week Creative Photo Challenge

I had an unexpected challenge for Week 27---I had to find a new model and a new concept for the week. My original model had to cancel due to illness, so I asked my lovely friend Lo to help me out. I was hoping she would be willing to do a steampunk-themed shoot, and she was only too happy to help. Erica and Lo and I brought our collective wardrobes together, and with some props, put together this last-minute steampunk look. These photos were all done in public spaces in downtown Mobile. I have included a side-by-side behind the scenes image for you at the bottom, so you can see how it looked on a cell phone versus with crafted lighting and expertise. I have not altered the comparison photos except to put them together.
